DESIGN OF THIS PRIVATE HILL VILLA

Casa del Chianti combines traditional Tuscan elements with a contemporary aesthetic. The open-plan interiors are filled with natural light and feature exposed stone, original wooden beams, travertine flooring, washed wooden boards and resin floors. Contemporary furnishings and modern art sit alongside locally sourced materials, creating a refined interpretation of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse.

The villa was designed with both comfort and sustainability in mind. Solar panels provide energy, wood powers the underfloor heating, and collected rainwater is used to maintain the gardens. Families are also well catered for, with a safety cover for the pool and a range of equipment and entertainment for children.
