Casa Toscana – Montespertoli is a restored stone farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside, set on a hill overlooking a beautiful valley just outside Montespertoli. Located approximately 30 minutes from Florence, this private villa in Tuscany accommodates up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and five full bathrooms. A seasonal swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and wood-fired pizza oven make it an inviting setting for relaxed days with family or friends.

Casa Toscana is a traditional Tuscan Leopoldino, a distinctive type of farmhouse dating from the mid to late 1700s. Its characteristic square colombaia, originally used to raise doves or pigeons for the household, has been thoughtfully incorporated into the property and now serves as a home cinema and family room. The original access holes remain, while beautiful joined wooden beams add to the character of this historic Tuscan home.

The four bedrooms and five bathrooms are complemented by a full kitchen, dining room and comfortable living room. Outside, the garden provides plenty of space to enjoy the Tuscan landscape, with a shaded terrace, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and pizza oven overlooking the valley. The seasonal swimming pool offers another peaceful place to relax and take in the surrounding countryside.

Casa Toscana’s location makes it well suited to exploring some of Tuscany’s most celebrated destinations. Montespertoli is just two minutes away, while Florence and San Gimignano can both be reached in around 30 minutes. Siena is approximately 45 minutes away and Pisa around an hour, making the villa a convenient base for discovering Tuscany while returning to the quieter rhythm of the countryside.
