Casa Vista Signoria is located directly on Piazza della Signoria, placing guests in the heart of Florence’s historic centre. From here, many of the city’s most celebrated landmarks can be reached on foot, including Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, the Bargello and the Duomo.

The surrounding area combines Florence’s historic architecture with lively cafés, restaurants, food shops and boutiques. Piazza della Repubblica, the Mercato di San Lorenzo and Piazza del Duomo are all within easy reach, while Via Tornabuoni, Via Calzaiuoli and Via del Corso offer some of the city’s most renowned shopping.

The neighbourhood also has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including supermarkets, local food shops, laundrettes and public transport connections.

PARKING

Florence’s historic centre is a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), and Casa Vista Signoria is located within this area. Guests arriving by car should pay close attention to the ZTL signs and access cameras to avoid fines.

If you need to enter the ZTL by car to reach the apartment, a private garage can arrange temporary access for your vehicle. Guests should contact the garage in advance and provide their vehicle registration number so that the necessary access can be arranged.

LOCAL TRANSPORT

The nearest public bus stop is on Via Verdi, approximately 6 minutes on foot from the apartment. Taxis are also readily available throughout the city.

Thanks to Casa Vista Signoria’s central location, many of Florence’s main attractions can be reached comfortably on foot, making a car unnecessary for most stays.
