Villa Bella – Tuscan Coast

OVERVIEW

Villa Bella is a seafront villa built in 1570, in typical Tuscan architecture and completely refurbished to an elegant location with a generous garden all around secluding the area and letting the guest be pampered with all the charming outside lounges. The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a new-classic style with wooden pieces and original terracotta floors. Wood beamed ceilings lend an airy feel to the interiors. Elements of classic Italian residential architecture, such as the stucco facades, are combined with contemporary touches, like the professional kitchen, and a design swimming pool.

The external area measures 40.000 sqm to find a Mediterranean style garden that includes secular pine trees, palms, and olive groves. All this, with seafront view and ample space for fitness purposes. The stucco house façade lies around the groove, next to the vegetable garden and to an arched veranda covered in roses. An elegant outdoor living area, and the dining table, are on the open and under the shades of trees, ruling the high position of the hill mildly rolling down to the seashore. Next to the kitchen, an uncovered veranda is protected from three sides by walls covered with rampling flowers and an outdoor table. A vegetable garden in the back provides zero- kilometre ingredients for the kitchen.
