Villa Cipressi – Florence Surroundings is part of a historic pilgrimage retreat dating back to the 15th century, forming part of a restored Tuscan hamlet where architecture, heritage and the surrounding landscape have been carefully preserved. The villa offers a private setting within the hamlet while giving guests the opportunity to enjoy its shared cultural and hospitality spaces.

The interiors combine traditional Tuscan character with contemporary design. Original handmade terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings are complemented by travertine marble, Serena stone and locally sourced wood. Classic Italian architectural details are paired with contemporary elements, including LED lighting integrated into antique lamp holders, an industrial-style steel kitchen and modern bathrooms.

Guests can retreat to the privacy of the villa or make use of the hamlet’s shared facilities, including a private theatre, library, wine room, olive oil tasting classroom, massage room, billiard room and consecrated chapel. The hamlet also features indoor and outdoor dining spaces and a private restaurant, creating a distinctive setting for cultural experiences, gatherings and private events.
