Villa Pace is a private seaside villa in Sardinia, set just 15 metres from the shore. Located in a Sardinian village between Cagliari and Villasimius, the property combines traditional local materials with contemporary interiors and generous spaces for groups of family and friends.

The villa accommodates up to 20 guests across 10 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The 720-square-metre interior also includes space for 3 cots and 6 additional beds. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, while all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The villa is also pet-friendly.

Villa Pace combines Sardinian character with contemporary comfort. The interiors feature a bohemian-chic style, with wooden furnishings, terracotta floors and rustic stone details. Handmade Sardinian tiles, ceramics, marble and granite bring local materials and craftsmanship into the design, while white concrete walls and contemporary furnishings create a lighter, modern feel.

The result is a relaxed coastal home that reflects both traditional Italian architecture and the character of Sardinia.

The villa offers approximately 2,000 square metres of outdoor space, including a Mediterranean-style garden with sea views, terraces and several areas for outdoor living and dining.

The grounds can also be used for private events, with space for up to 150 guests in the garden. An indoor yoga room can accommodate up to 80 seated guests.

With the shore just steps away, Villa Pace provides easy access to swimming, coastal walks and snorkelling. The outdoor areas also offer space for yoga, Pilates, meditation, fitness and massages by the pool.
