Villa Ponentino is a stylish Tuscan farmhouse in the Val d’Orcia, surrounded by the distinctive clay hills and landscapes of southern Tuscany. The property combines a spacious main villa with a beautifully restored ancient barn, offering extensive outdoor areas and panoramic 360° views across the valley and its historic hill towns.

The property accommodates up to 19 guests between the main villa and annex. The main villa features 6 bedrooms: 5 doubles and 1 twin bedroom, which can be converted into a double upon request. All bedrooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms and built-in air conditioning. The common areas are generously sized and furnished in a distinctive style, with satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player for iPod and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Heating is provided by an underfloor heating system.

The annex is a beautifully restored ancient barn with its own character and spacious interiors. It includes a playroom suitable for yoga retreats and group activities, as well as a gym and relaxation area, kitchenette and bar/lounge. The annex also has 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
