Villa Ponentino is a superb and stylish Tuscan farmhouse with extensive outdoor areas, set in one of Tuscany’s most spectacular locations, immersed in Val d’Orcia’s enchanting countryside.

The property hosts up to 19 guests between the main villa and the charming annex, an ancient barn, fully renovated and splendidly furnished and decorated. Surrounded by the typical Val d’Orcia clay hillocks, you can enjoy stunning 360° views over the valley and its hill towns.

The main villa comprises 6 bedrooms (5 double and 1 twin which can become double upon request), all with spacious en-suite bathrooms and built-in air conditioning. The common areas are spacious, furnished and decorated in a unique style. Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player for iPod, free WI-FI all over the house. No radiators, heating is provided by an underfloor heating system.

The annex is a charming ancient barn. Beautifully restored, it comprises a spacious playroom (ideal for Yoga retreats or collective gym exercises), a gym and relax area, as well as a kitchenette, bar/lounge and 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.
